It searches the web and opens each university's own pages: the programme, the fees, the deadlines. Every page it reads appears as it happens.
It proves
Each programme shows the next deadline, tuition and entry requirements, a link to the page that states each one, and whether you meet them.
If a page doesn't say it, MiniApply doesn't show it.
- Word for word. Before a deadline, fee or requirement reaches you, our server finds it in the text of the page it came from. Anything it can't find is dropped.
- A source on every fact. Each field links to its page. Tap it and read the university's own words.
- Checks done by code. Whether you meet a grade or English minimum is a plain comparison with your profile, not a guess.
- One tap to a PDF. Share a search with a parent or adviser, every fact with its source link.

Your first search is free. After that, the Intake Pass covers everything until your intake starts. It's one payment, and it never renews.
Intake Pass
Every search, typed follow-up questions, and saved programmes watched for changes: when the page behind a saved deadline or fee changes, MiniApply tells you. A September 2027 Pass lasts until 1 September 2027.
Your answers stay on your phone.
- No account. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to log in to. The pass follows your Apple ID.
- On the device. Your profile and every search are saved on your phone. Delete the app and they are gone.
- Nothing kept about you. Our server answers a search and keeps no copy of your answers. Anonymous statistics can be turned off in the app.

Is it free?
Your first search is free. After that, the Intake Pass unlocks every search, typed follow-up questions and watching your saved programmes for changes, until your intake starts. It's one payment for one intake (for example "September 2027") and it never renews.
What does "watching" a programme mean?
Save a programme and MiniApply re-checks the pages behind its deadline and fee. If the words it found there change, you get a notification and the programme is marked so you can open the page.
Which countries and levels?
Bachelor's, Master's, PhD and MBA programmes in the UK, the US, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland and Australia.
Does it use AI?
Yes. MiniApply uses a model made by OpenAI to search the web and read the pages our server fetches from universities. The model never decides a fact on its own: our server keeps a fact only when it finds the same words on the page, and it works out whether you meet a requirement itself.
Is MiniApply an admissions agency?
No. MiniApply is a research tool, not an admissions agency, education agent or consultant. It is not affiliated with any university, takes no commission from universities, and does not apply for you or guarantee admission. It shows what universities' own pages say, with a link to each one.
Can I rely on it for my application?
Use it to find and compare programmes quickly. Universities change their pages, so open the linked page and confirm with the university before you apply. MiniApply is not an admissions service and doesn't apply for you.
Why is a deadline or fee missing?
Because the page MiniApply read didn't state it in a way it could check. Tap the card's source to see the university's page.
